ITIV System-on-Chip lab is now ready for TapeoutOn September 14, 2025, KIT Chipdesign House successfully taped out the reference RISC-V SoC for the ITIV SoC lab. The fully open source 3.42 mm2 design uses the IHP SG13G2 130nm Open PDK for tapeout. Starting in WS25/26, students will explore this full chip design flow—up to tapeout—in the course. |
